The surveyor was a pleasure to work with and provided great insight and a wealth of knowledge on how to proceed with Japanese knotweed, In a property I’m buying. He also provided me with his expert knowledge on how to proceed and what action to take in future. I am completely satisfied…he was professional, prompt and friendly (even having the patience to show my 8 year old how to use the equipment etc!!)

We contacted David Winlo at the Urban Forestry Group when some concerns were raised by our Mortgage provider regarding the proximity of some large trees to a property we were in the process of buying. We were asked by our mortgage provider to have an Arboriculturalist survey done on the trees/property.
We were extremely impressed by the friendly and professional service David provided. David explained the process thoroughly and the scope of the work he would carry out. David not only conducted the survey within a couple of days of us asking at a time that suited us, he also produced the final report within 24 hours and delivered it personally on a Bank Holiday!
We would certainly recommend the Urban Forestry Group to anyone who should be in need of a similar service. David obviously takes pride in the work he does and this shows through with the exceptional customer service he provided. Thanks David!
