The information you provide, will be electronically stored in a secure database and will be used on the documents produced, including transferring these documents to your agents, their representatives and to the local planning authority. After the completion of the contracted work, you can request that the personal data you have provided is deleted.

By clicking on the "confirm works order" button below you acknowledge that a legally binding contract (incorporating our standard terms of engagement and the scope of works) between you and urban forestry group will be formed and you agree to be bound by the contract.

On confirmation of works order; a copy of the above information will be emailed to your email address.

What happens after I place an online works order?

  • Upon reciept of the online works order; Urban Forestry Group will email the 14-Day ‘Payment in Advance’ Invoice to the client
  • That on receipt of payment, together with the ‘easy-DWG Site Plan’ in the required format, will secure the Works order booking to proceed in respect of the works order queuing system.
