We will store the information you provide electronically in a secure database and use it in the documents we produce, including transferring it to your agents, their representatives, and the local planning authority. After the completion of the contracted work, you can request that the personal data you have provided is deleted.

What happens after I place an online works order?

Upon reciept of the online works order; Urban Forestry Group will email the 14-Day ‘Payment in Advance’ Invoice to the client
That on receipt of payment, together with the ‘easy-DWG Site Plan’ in the required format, will secure the Works order booking to proceed in respect of the works order queuing system.
